Biography
Charles Casper Ehlert ("Casey"), son of Casper Ehlert and Anna Horst, was born 8 February 1919 in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. He died aboard the USS Arizona during the attack on Pearl Harbor on 7 December 1941. His Volga German ancestors came from the colony of Rosenheim.
