Biography
Pastor Eugen Friedrich Georg Hinsch, son of physician Friedirch Hinsch & Margarethe Henning, was bornin Riga on 21 September 1820. He died in Smolensk on 9 February 1869.
He attended the theological seminary in Dorpat and was ordained in 1845. From 1845 to 1849, he served as assistant to the dean of the Lutheran churches on the Wiesenseite. He served the parish in Galka from 1849 to 1856 and the parish in Smolensk from 1857 to 1869.
