Biography
Father Raphael Loran was born in 1872 in Karlsruhe (Germany) and died in 1948. He was ordained in 1897, and served from 21 January 1898 to 31 August 1898 as the vicar of the Catholic Church in Saratov. He is also known to have served in Schuck and was active in Katharinenstadt in 1910.
