Schmieder, Friedrich Wilhelm

Biography
Pastor Schmieder, son of Pastor Georg Schmieder, was born in Daubitz in the Saxon Oberlausitz. He became a student of theology in Leipzig on 21 May 1785. He was ordained on 8 July 1808 in Muskau (Niederlausitz) and served the congregation in Galka from 1808-1825.
Pastor Schmieder was married on 20 July 1807 in Muskau to Friederike Wilhelmine Sophie Richter, daughter of the supervising hunter Friedrich Richter and adopted daughter of the merchant Christoph August Glöckner.
