Theodor Walcker served the congregation of Stephan from 1875 through 1879.
Theodor was born on 7/5/1834 in Dorpat, Estonia and died in Saara, Livland on 9/13/1895. He was ordained in Revel on 4/23/1859. He studied in St. Petersburg at the Government gymnasium from 1852 through 1853. From 1853 through 1857, the studied Theology in Revel. Theodor also worked as a tutor in Kegel, Estland.
Theodor married Therese Auguste Martens on 4/14/1859 in Fellin, Estland. She was the daughter of Ernst Ludwig Martens.
