Description
Johann Peter Claus, son of Johann Peter Claus and Anna Catharina Jacobi, was baptized in Düdelsheim on 1 Jul 1744. He arrived in Russia on 4 Jul 1766, on the same ship as several other Moor settlers. The other passengers included Anna Magdalena Lein, daughter of Johann Conrad Lein and Anna Barbara Pfister. Johann Peter Claus and Anna Magdalena Lein married and are reported on the Moor First Settler’s List in Family #21.
