According to an abstract of the Langenalb parish records made by the Evangelischer Oberkirchenrat, Landeskirchliches Archiv, Maria Wackenhut married a Dalinger in 1735. This record also provides birthdates for both bride and groom and the names of each of their fathers.
The Dalinger family immigrated first on 6 June 1763 to the colony of Flensburg in Denmark (Schleswig-Holstein) before immigrating to Russia.
Maria arrived in Galka as a widow on 12 April 1766 along with four of her children, the oldest of whom was married and had a family of his own. Maria is recorded on the 1767 census of Galka in Household No. 39 and her son, Christian, in Household No. 38.
