Description

Johannes Mohn (born 17 May, baptized 25 May 1722 in Hailer, son of Georg and Anna Maria Mohn) and Anna Maria Offner (born 3 Sep, baptized 8 Sep 1726 in Hailer, daughter of Georg Heinrich and Maria Offner)  married in Hailer on 16 Jan 1749.  The baptisms of six children are recorded in the Hailer parish records:  Anna Margaretha, born 15 Dec, baptized 18 Dec 1749; Anna Elisabetha, born 25 Nov, baptized 27 Nov 1753; Susanna Maria, born 20 Sep, baptized 26 Sep 1756; Johann Georg, born 22 May, baptized 25 May 1760; Catharina born 19 July, baptized 24 Jul 1763; and Johann Peter, born 5 Oct 1765, and baptized 13 Oct 1765.  The parents, their three oldest children, and infant son Jacob, are recorded in the Moor First Settler’s List in Family #32.
