Description
Johann Nikolaus Schäfer was born 19 Feb 1708 in Rodau. His first wife was Johanna Magdalena Gemmer from Zeilhard. He married his second wife, Anna Elisabeth, in 1740.
Nikolaus and Elisabeth moved to Wembach and then to Denmark (Schleswig-Holstein). They arrived in Göbel on 20 July 1767 and are listed there on the 1767 Census in Household No. 52.
