Description

Georg Heinrich Schäfer, son of Johann Heinrich and Elisabeth Schäfer, was baptized on 3 October 1731 in Hitzkirchen.  Anna Maria Kuhl, daughter of Conrad Kuhl, was baptized in Burgbracht on 22 Jun 1740.  Georg Heinrich and Anna Maria married in Burgbracht on 28 May 1761.  They had two children, both baptized in Burgbracht: Johann Heinrich, baptized 21 May 1762, and Johannes, baptized 16 May 1764.

The family arrived in Russia on 29 August 1766.  Johannes must have died before the Transport List was drawn up because he isn't reported on that list.  According to the Transport Lists, Georg Heinrich died during the transport to the colonies.  Anna Maria married Peter Kaiser, and she, along with her son Johann Heinrich, are reported on the Norka First Settler's List in Family #191.
