The Wolffs remained in Denmark until 24 Apr 1765 when they immigrated to Russia. Sons Johann Bernhard & Johann Jacob next appear on the 1775 Census of the Volga German colony of Grimm.

Other descendants are registered in Households No. Gm025 and Gm029. In 1798 Sophia, a daughter of Johann Bernhard, moved to the colony of Moor and she is recorded there in Household No. Mo50 on the 1798 Census.
