Description
Johann Michael Dörr, son of Georg Wilhelm Dörr and Anna Christina Stoll, was baptized 25 January 1718 in Kaichen, Hessen, Germany. He married 22 Otober 1737 in Kaichen to Anna Susanna Fauerbach. She died en route to Russia. Johann Michael and two sons arrived in Walter on 22 July 1767.
This family has been traced back to a Joachim Dörr of Erbstadt, Hessen.
Three Dörr families from Walter relocated to Brunnental in 1859 and 1863.
