Description

Johann Philipp Falckenstein, son of Anton Falckenstein & Maria Elisabeth Betzel, was baptized on 19 May 1744 in Heßloch, northwest of Worms (today in the state of Rheinland-Palatinate). Heßloch merged with a neighboring town and is now known as Dittelsheim-Heßloch.

Philipp immigrated to Russia, settling in the colony of Schuck on 18 July 1766 where he is recorded on the 1767 Census in Household No. 22 with his new bride Magdalena.

Their descendants are recorded on the 1798 Census of Schuck in Households No. Su12 and Su09.
