Description

Johannes Schwabauer and Christina Margaretha Eissenmayer married on 6 Sep 1740 in Hassloch, southwest of Mannheim. They immigrated to Russia arriving in the port at Oranienbaum on 9 August 1766 along with the following children: Johann Jacob (baptized 15 September 1741), Johann Christoph (baptized 12 May 1745), Philipp Jacob (baptized 18 October 1747), Anna Catharina (baptized 3 August 1749), Maria Elisabeth (born about 1750), Sophia (born 1 January 1754), Johann (born about 1756), and Kilian (baptized 15 February 1761). Father Johannes died after reaching Russia, and his widow married Johann Heinrich Geier. They appear on the 1767 Census of Huck in Household No. 63.

Son Philipp Jacob later moved to the colony of Krasnoyar, and son Kilian moved to the colony of Balzer.
