To: Mr. Repp and Pastor Wagner:

The church council of Orlovskaya, Näb Parish, Region of the Volga Germans, send over from all members of the Evangelical Lutheran community, their deepest thanks for the well-being of the faithful American comrades who through their American Relief Commission, led by Mr. Reppand Mr. Wagner, were assigned to implement the greatest of achievements.

May God reward all of the workers for easing our great hunger emergency as a worker of His vineyard.
